    This package is ideal for those seeking help with managing high cholesterol, hypertension, pre-diabetes, diabetes, cancer, gut health, etc.

    The package includes:

    Review of past and current medical and nutrition history, symptoms, relevant labs, diet and lifestyle patterns, including physical activity, stress and sleep, etc.

    Develop diet and health goals addressing overall health concerns and desired outcomes.

    Individualized diet and nutrition counselling based on the personalized plan to achieve nutritional goals.

    Evidence-based nutrition education.

    Supplement recommendation as needed.

    Follow up Sessions- 1-2 weeks post initial consultation

    Review and monitor progress

    Weight Loss Package

    1x Virtual Initial Consultation: 60 min

    11x Virtual Follow Up Sessions: 30 min each

    Pricing: $930 (Payment plan available)

    This package is ideal for those who are just starting their weight loss journey or who have already tried dieting or have used different weight loss plans without seeing permanent results.

    Realistically, weight loss is a long term process that depends on dietary, lifestyle and behavior modifications and much more. It’s a journey. It may take six months or more to see real progress in this journey.

    The Weight Loss Package combines the Initial Virtual Consultation, eleven virtual follow up visits and unlimited coaching and support throughout the twelve sessions. Ideally, two sessions per month are recommended.

    The package includes:

    Review of past and current weight and nutrition history, relevant labs, diet and lifestyle patterns, including physical activity, stress and sleep, potential barriers, etc.

    Develop realistic weight goals addressing overall health concerns and desired outcomes.

    Individualized diet and weight counselling based on the personalized plan to achieve weight goals.

    Supplement recommendation as needed.
